We developed a method for training a neural network to learn the underlying features of an ECG signal. This allows us to accurately label new ECG signals even when noise and artifacts are present. Notably, this training approach extends beyond human ECGs and has demonstrated its efficacy with animal ECGs.

Following the training process, our method can quickly process extensive ECG recordings. In our trials, we successfully analyzed 48-hour-long ECGs in under 5 minutes, accurately identifying and annotating all the peaks, onsets, and offsets.
